Mayor approves 2021–2023 Moscow budget with deficits

MOSCOW, Dec 21 (PRIME) -- Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has signed into law a 2021–2023 city budget with deficits, according to a statement released on Monday.

Revenue for 2021 was stipulated at 2.643 trillion rubles, spending at 3.153 trillion rubles, deficit at 510 billion rubles.

Revenue in 2022 is estimated at almost 2.9 trillion rubles, in 2023 at 3.1 trillion rubles. The growth is to be provided by higher profit and income tax contributions.

Spending is seen at 3.2 trillion rubles in 2022 and at 3.3 trillion rubles in 2023.
